Joshua
Joshua was abandoned by his sixteen-year-old mother. She was mentally challenged and frequently left him with strangers. Social welfare services recommended him to Rafiki, and he arrived at the Rafiki Village Ghana in 2002. He has learning difficulties, but he is one of the most motivated young people at the Village and in his special education school. He is a helpful young man, always willing to lend a hand to help others. The hymn "My Faith Has Found a Resting Place" reminds Joshua that God is faithful to protect him.
