Emmanuel
Emmanuel was cared for by a pastor of a small Baptist church and his wife after his mother died. The pastor and his wife looked for a permanent home for Emmanuel, and he arrived at the Rafiki Village Nigeria in 2006. Emmanuel is now an excellent student. He says that God made Himself known to him by the gospel of Jesus Christ. Emmanuel continues to pray to grow academically and spiritually. As he reads God's Word, he learns about the value of truth and loving one's neighbor. Emmanuel seeks to love others well and learn from his mistakes.
