Sarah McMahon
Sarah McMahon has known about the work of the Rafiki Foundation since she began attending her church in Hamilton, Massachusetts. As a congregation, the church also supports Rafiki Missionary Amy Ketcham in Ethiopia.
Sarah felt called to be a missionary at a young age. As a high school student, God specifically awakened her heart to the people of Africa. Her dream of serving long-term in Africa is now a reality. As an educator, Sarah is excited to use her skills and love for Africans to support both the students and teachers in Rwanda. She is passionate about watching how high-quality classical education paired with faithful Bible study can change the lives of individuals, families, and communities at large! What a privilege it is to be a part of something so much larger than herself.
Sarah serves at the Rafiki Village Rwanda as the Headmaster of schools, as well as assisting with the Orphan Care Program.
