My Name is
Emmanuel

Emmanuel
Emmanuel lived with his elderly grandmother after the death of his parents. Though she tired, his grandmother struggled to provide for his basic needs. Social Welfare asked the Rafiki Foundation to take over Emmanuel's care, and he arrived at the Rafiki Village Uganda in 2009. He soon began to grow physically strong and healthy. Emmanuel always has a big smile for everyone! His favorite subject is social studies, and he especially enjoys learning about different people groups in Uganda and their unique native languages. Emmanuel's favorite book of the Bible is the Psalms, and he seeks to honor God by seeking righteousness and respecting authority.
