Vincent
Vincent’s parents passed away by the time he was four years old, and he and his brother, Rabson, went to live with their widowed grandmother. At the time, she cared for six of her own children, six orphaned grandchildren, and her elderly mother in a very small home. Though she tried, she could not provide for the children's basic needs and sought help. Vincent and his brother arrived at the Rafiki Village Zambia in 2013. Vincent is a hardworking and thoughtful young man. He hopes to gain teaching skills so that he can effectively teach others God’s Word. Vincent is thankful for God’s love and strives to love others by showing them what is right in God’s sight. He prays that he will make wise choices, be kind to those around him, and grow in wisdom and knowledge.
