My Name is
Rhoda

Rhoda
Rhoda's mother died when she was a small child, and her father abandoned her. For a time, she lived with her grandmother and eleven other children, but food was scarce and there was no opportunity for an education. Rhoda's grandmother contacted the Rafiki Foundation hoping for a better life for her granddaughter, and Rhoda arrived at the Rafiki Village Zambia in 2012. Rhoda enjoys learning new things in school, reading, and spending time with her friends. After finishing her schooling, she hopes to become a nurse so that she can help care for people. Rhoda strives to live a prayerful life, bringing everything before the Lord. She prays that she will grow closer to God and keep her eyes fixed on him.
