My Name is
Obadiah

Obadiah
Obadiah was found abandoned as a small child in 2006 in Paynesville, Liberia. The police took him to a juvenile transit home and all attempts to locate Obadiah’s family were unsuccessful. He arrived at the Rafiki Village Liberia in 2007. He soon benefited from the quality care, nutritious food, and loving environment at the Village. Obadiah enjoys studying social studies because he gets to learn about his country and learn how to make it better. He hopes to be a doctor when he grows up so he can help other people. He has been baptized in the church that he attends, and his faith continues to grow. He thanks the Lord for bringing him to Rafiki. Obadiah has learned from the Rafiki Bible Study that only God can give him true joy.
