My Name is
Leul

Leul
After Leul's father died and his mother abandoned him, he was placed in the care of a widow. Caring for her own children, Leul and his brother, Zerubabel, proved to be too much for her. Though she tried, she could not provide for their basic needs and asked Rafiki for help. Leul and his brother arrived at the Rafiki Village Ethiopia on September 3rd, 2012. When they arrived, they were malnourished and underweight. They soon benefited from the quality care, nutritious food, and loving environment at the Village. Leul’s smile and laughter are contagious. Leul journals and enjoys writing and sharing truths from Scripture. Leul is also skilled in quickly memorizing Scripture verses. His favorite hymn is "I Know Whom I Have Believed" because it tells about Christ's redeeming love for him.
