My Name is
Francisca
Francisca
Francisca’s mother died after a short illness when Francisca was one year old, and her father died six months later. After the death of her parents, Francisca lived with her impoverished grandfather. Though he tried, he could not provide for Francisca's basic needs. Social welfare asked the Rafiki Foundation to assume the care of Francisca and her cousin, Kofi. The children arrived at the Rafiki Village Ghana in 2009. Francisca's favorite hymn is "At the Name of Jesus" because she knows that God will help her. From the Rafiki Bible Study, Francisca has learned that Christ will return and that she should glorify him with her life.
