Sarah Freeman

Sarah Freeman
Sarah Freeman currently serves in the Rafiki Village Rwanda as the Music Coordinator. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Musical Arts in Viola Performance in 2018 and was commissioned for long-term service the summer following her graduation. The Lord called Sarah to mission work at age seven. He gave her a passion for loving people and meeting their physical and spiritual needs, which eventually lead her to the Rafiki Foundation.
Before she became a long-term missionary with Rafiki, Sarah worked with Iranian refugees around Atlanta, Georgia. Sarah says that she felt called to serve with the Rafiki Foundation because she believes in the foundation’s commitment to meeting the needs of orphans and widows, improving people’s everyday lives, and disciplining individuals through daily Bible study. She says that living in Africa has shown her how greatly God cares for her. She has learned to rely on the Lord fully, for He makes her cup overflow.
Sarah says that if you believe the people of Africa can change the future of Africa, then the Rafiki Foundation is a wonderful fit for you. She invites others to be a part of the life-changing work of the Rafiki Foundation.
