Child Village: Uganda
Child ID: CB010
Sharon was found abandoned and nothing is known about her background or her family. After investigating her situation, the social welfare officer approved for Sharon to be moved to the Rafiki Village Uganda in June 2003. She is quiet, thoughtful, and sometimes shy. Sharon has a quick and ready smile. She excels in her class work and is very competitive. Her teachers applaud her good work. Sharon is developing artistically because she practices the violin daily. Sharon is studying a combination of four subjects at the advanced level: economics, general paper, physics, and principal math. She is also studying information communications technology at the subsidiary level. Her best subjects are physics and economics. She believes she can do better in math, and she is making every effort to improve with the support of a math coach.
