My Name is
Sam
Sam
An aunt cared for Sam after his mother and father died of an illness in 2010. His aunt had two children of her own and five orphans living with her in a one-room house. Though she tried, Sam's aunt was unable to provide for his basic needs. Sam was approved by the Rafiki Foundation and arrived at the Rafiki Village Rwanda in 2011. Due to developments in Rwanda, Sam is now living off-site from the Village. We are, however, still supporting him through a full scholarship and two meals daily. As Sam continues to study the Bible, he learns more about God.
