Rafiki Foundation  |  Training Africans to Transform Africa for Christ

My Name is

Child Village: Tanzania
Child ID: CH046
Nasha was in the care of her grandmother along with her sister and cousin after the death of their fathers. Her mother died in childbirth. They are from the Maasai tribe and lived deep in the bush. Their uncle contacted Rafiki about the need of a home for the girls. The uncle was impressed with the work of Rafiki Foundation and the mission, raising children to be godly leaders in their country. The girls arrived at their new home on 2012. Nasha is an excellent student and especially good at math. She has worked hard to learn her math facts well. Nasha has learned this year that moving from Grade 3 to Grade 4 is a big transition. She is learning to work on her reading comprehension and not just to read the words. She works for excellence, so she will continue to do well. Nasha is always pleasant and cooperative at home and at school. She is preparing for her Grade 4 national exam in November, and we are sure she will do well on it. She will succeed in all she plans to do.
