Rafiki Foundation  |  Training Africans to Transform Africa for Christ

My Name is

Child Village: Nigeria
Child ID: CC098
Both of Jennifer's parents died in 2005. The mother’s relatives brought her to her grandfather but he was unable to care for her. Social Welfare wanted to provide her with a place to live as soon as possible and they contacted the Rafiki Foundation. Jennifer arrived at her new home, the Rafiki Village in Nigeria, on March 19, 2007. Now she is in the 8th grade. Jenny says her most improved subject is math. In civics, the Grade 8 students are learning about the qualities of being a good leader. The teacher encouraged them to develop the qualities of honesty, self-discipline, cooperation, and integrity. When she graduates, Jenny would like to study to be a professional computer analyst.
