My Name is
Jean de Dieu
Jean de Dieu
Before arriving at the Rafiki Village in Rwanda, Jean lived with a couple who were neighbors with his mother before she died in November 2012 in a hospital. Jean’s father is unknown. The couple caring for Jean began to struggle to provide for their own children and Jean. They were overjoyed when Jean arrived at the Rafiki Village Rwanda in 2013 knowing he would have a good education, a loving family, and a bright future. Now, Jean enjoys playing soccer with his friends. He continues to pray that God will shape him into a man after His own heart.
