My Name is
Erica
Erica
Erica and her sister, Priscilla, are double orphans. After the death of their parents, they lived with their impoverished, widowed grandmother. Though she tried, the girls' grandmother could not properly care for them. Social welfare services asked the Rafiki Foundation to assume the girls' care. Erica and her sister arrived at the Rafiki Village Ghana in 2009 and soon benefited from the quality care, nutritious food, and loving environment at the Village. Erica soon proved to be a sweet and happy little girl. She is a diligent student who enjoys science and would like to become a nurse one day. Erica's favorite hymn is "The Lord is My Shepherd" because she knows that as she walks with the Lord, He will provide for her every need.
