My Name is
Charles

Charles
Charles arrived at the Rafiki Village in April of 2004. He was abandoned as a baby and has no known family. Charles loves praising and worshiping God through singing. He has a sweet melodious voice and hopes to meet teachers and other singers who can help nurture his talent to the fullest. He also loves playing the piano and would like to know how to play a variety of musical instruments. He is kind, gentle, polite, humble, and God-fearing. He says that the Lord has been great to him and has witnessed His blessings in life. As he learns, Charles continues to be in awe of God and how He created man in His image. He has become a prayerful young man and often quotes Oswald Chambers, saying "We have to pray with our eye on God, not our difficulties."
