My Name is
Baraka
Baraka
Baraka’s mother abandoned him at a young age, and his father was unknown. He lived with his impoverished grandparents, but they had very little income and could not provide for his basic needs or schooling. Social Welfare, his grandparents, and the Rafiki staff agreed that the best place for Baraka was at Rafiki Village Tanzania. He arrived in 2014. Baraka now works diligently in school and is learning the value of hard work. He loves Christ because he knows that Christ first loved him. He strives to please the Lord by his actions in his school work. Baraka is thankful to the Lord to be living at Rafiki.
