Nancy’s mother died, and her father is unknown. Before arriving at Rafiki, Nancy lived with her elderly grandmother. Though she tried, her grandmother could not properly care for her. Nancy arrived at the Rafiki Village Kenya in 2009. Nancy shows interest in physical education classes, especially volleyball and soccer. She also enjoys language arts, literature, and reading. She is above-average academically. She conducts herself with respect, enthusiasm, care, and responsibility. Through the Rafiki Bible Study, she has learned that we should live a life that is pleasing to God by obeying what He tells us in His Word.
