My Name is
Millicent
Millicent
After the death of her father and mother, Millicent was placed in the care of her aunt. Her aunt then took her to stay at an orphanage in Kitui. Because of the lack of resources and the many children who have no one to care for them, the orphanage asked the Rafiki Foundation to take over Millicent's care. She arrived at the Rafiki Village Kenya in 2010. Millicent now enjoys playing soccer. She is a responsible young woman who does her work well and in an orderly manner. Millicent enjoys writing and using her social skills. She is a serious student and excels in virtually all academic areas. Millicent makes good contributions to class discussions and inspires her fellow students. As she reads the Bible each day, Millicent finds that her trust in God continues to grow.
